Restrained Attorney Tries To Vault Fence To Get In

We're going to speed things ahead to where they are shortly, shortly, but first a sidebar. Minutes before we got back to Telemedia on Friday night when Smith and Boyce had re-appeared to try to get into the company, a most incredible things happened: Smith - who was being restrained by police from entering, tried to get past police by vaulting the fence right beside the main gate!

He was eventually repelled by a trained guard dog - and the spot where he tried to get over can still be seen as a depression on the wire fence.

Regrettably it was too dark for the security camera to make out anything. Certainly, a first for any senior counsel in the line of duty…. And don't think we're making it up! Smith is the one who told us the story!
