There was an accident on Faber's Road this weekend. It happened near the Faber's Road Extension Police Substation - around 8 o'clock on Saturday morning. So far we understand a blue car was travelling on the road when the driver lost control, knocked down a man and overturned in an open lot area on the other side of the road. We haven't been able to receive any information from police but we have been able to confirm that the man who was knocked down is Malcolm Burgess. Burgess's left leg and right ankle was broken during the incident and according to neighbors the driver of the vehicle escaped unhurt.
