Judgement Reserved in Claim/Counterclaim Attempted Murder Case

Justice Adolph Lucas today reserved his decision for December 7 for 20 year old accused Inmas Espinal. He is charged with the attempted murder of Jose Antonio Saravia - who claims that back in 2012 - he was passing by Epinal's house when Espinal came out with a knife and stabbed him once in his abdomen.

Espinal said that it is Saravia who attacked him with a pint bottle. He said Saravia broke the bottle across his head.

Espinal claims he picked up the broken bottle and stabbed Saravia once once in his abdomen. The Doctor who examined Saravia, testified that there were two stab wounds to his abdomen. The trial began on November 3 and Saravia was cross examined for 14 days by Espinal's attorney Hubert Elrington.
