Fatal Accident Victim Still Unidentified

There was a fatal accident on Saturday on the Southern Highway.

But it's almost a victimless crime. That's because the victim who was found with only an envelope bearing the name "Rivera Obidio" has yet to be identified or claimed by any family members.

And yesterday ACP Joseph Myvette says that he was killed after he staggered onto the road.

We also asked Myvette about charges for Cuellar given the fact that his victim was likely intoxicated but he says that will be a decision for the DPP.
