And while he is at large, two police officers are in trouble after a dust-up at the Dangriga Police station.
Tonight the brothers: Akeem and Kenrick Gamboa, who are both police constables assigned to the Police Station in Gales Point Manatee, are facing multiple criminal and disciplinary charges for engaging in a fight with their colleagues inside the Dangriga Police Station.
It happened late last night when part of this cop brawl was caught on cell phone video. 7News understands that Dangriga Police received information that 2 police motorcycles were seen apparently abandoned in the New Site area of the Town. We're told that this area has seen multiple motorcycle thefts, and so, the officers quickly moved in to escort them to the station. The Gamboa brothers showed up at the Station, and we are told that they appeared to be under the influence. They allegedly demanded that the cycles be returned to them, and that's when a Corporal, who outranks them, refused.
The video picks up the moment when one of the Gamboa brothers and the Corporal shared hard words. The other Gamboa brother then grabbed the officer from behind, and other on-duty cops intervened for a multi-person scuffle. It appears that blows were exchanged, and then several persons ended up on the floor of the police station.
This morning, the officer commanding Professional Standards Branch told the press that the Gamboa brothers will face multiple charges because of this incident:

Sr. Supt. Dwayne Sutherland, OC, Professional Standard Branch
"Sometime around 12:45 p.m., Dangriga Police took away 2 motorcycles and impounded them at the Dangriga Police Station from one Akeem Gamboa, and one Kenrick Gamboa, both police officers. They're also brothers. The purpose for impounding the motorcycles was because the police suspected them to be under the influence. At about 1:15 a.m. this morning, both Akeem and Kenrick Gamboa wanted to get the motorcycles from the officers at the Dangriga Police Station. This resulted in an altercation at the station, and also led to both Gamboa [brothers] being detained for an investigation to be carried out. And a result of the investigation and directives of the Commissioner of Police, both officers will be charged today with various offenses which include assaulting a police officer, harm, and they will also be ticketed for violation of the curfew regulations. They will also face numerous internal disciplinary charges as it relates to their action that took place at the Dangriga Police Station this morning."
"The whole ordeal started by PC Akeem Gamboa being very disrespectful and assaulting a police officer - if you can see in the video - a police officer in civilian clothing. The brother, Kenrick Gamboa, then intervened by grabbing an officer from behind. That led to one of the officers being injured."
