Manzanero didn't answer our requests for a comment.
But, while he is still at the Ministry, an employee with over 10 years with the Ministry of Health was terminated last week.
Angela Lozano had reportedly been with the Ministry of Health for over 10 years but the administrative assistant at the Independence Polyclinic was sent home on March 25th.
Today the Ministers said he knew nothing about the termination:

"Angela Lozano, she was assistant administrator in the Independence Polyclinic, she received her letter March 25th saying that she is terminated after 13 years. She say she wasn't given a reason why."
