Again, reliable reports tell us that the BAHA lab has still not produced a single PCR test which the Minister more or less confirmed.
That's significant, because that was a major part of the grounds for accusing former DHS Dr. Marvin Manzanero of misconduct. The CEO Deysi Mendez wrote to Mazanero at the start of March saying that his failure to take up BAHA's offer to process PCR tests quote "led to a massive backlog of swabs to be tested," end quote.
So, what now is the status of Dr. Maznanero? Reliable reports say he is working within the Ministry - but the Minister didn't want to discuss it today:
