We asked him whether some of the team might have once again been Belizean law enforcement.

"Sir rumors always abound that when these planes land Belizean authorities have to somehow be involved in helping to facilitate the movement of this cargo, we've seen that proven true at least once this year, is that the case at all this time?"

"We do not have any information to suggest that any law enforcement agency are involved, as you can see based on what I have said the plane landed almost on the Belize Mexican border which would suggest that the persons involved came from across the Mexican side, I'm not going to say they don't have assistance from Belize or Belizeans because they do have Belizeans who work with them and they did it in such a way that it would have been easy for them to get their cargo over to the Mexican side."
