The driver of the vehicle that knocked down and killed 20 year old Julian Garcia on Sunday night in Orange Walk has turned himself into police.
As we reported, the 20 year was run over after an argument at a night spot in Trial Farm village.
His mother believes her son was deliberately run over as an act of retaliation.
But, the vehicle that ran him over was deliberately set on fire after the fatal accident - and that may have destroyed or compromised all clues.
Because of this, the driver the vehicle his only expected to be be charged for manslaughter by negligence and other traffic offences.
The family of the victim believes it was vehicular homicide.
