But before KHMH can come to the discussion table with the nurses association and the Ministry, as Spencer would want, they need to find a new CEO… And a new Nursing Director, and Director of Human Resources.
As we told you last week, the board has elected not to renew the contracts for these positions and to advertise the vacancies. The current CEO, Michelle Hoare, is currently on two weeks leave but won't return once it's over.
Until the position is filled, we can confirm that the acting CEO is Timothy Seguro, the Director of Operations.
