MIT Stopped A Tyre Fire Before It Started

We've heard of police catching criminals right after a crime occurs - but today, the MIT caught some before they could do any badness.

The Police Mobile Interdiction Team was on the spot today outside Concepcion village at mile 76 on the Phillip Goldson Highway when some apparent cane farmers were trying to light a tyre fire across the road.

The MIT team told them to "deja - lo" immediately and roll out. The men sheepishly rolled the tyres off the road, and were ordered to put them back in the trailer they came out of. There were over a dozen tyres.
