And while the two potential cruise ports battle it out, the war on the streets continued over the weekend. 26-year-old Ryan Foster was shot in his back on Sarstoon Street on Sunday, but survived the incident. Now he is recovering in the hospital while the police try to find his shooter.

"Ryan Foster was riding along with another male person on Sunday when approaching an area on Sarstoon Street, they heard shots rang out. Foster was hit and transported to K.H.M.H. where he was listed in a stable condition. Suspects so far, we are interviewing persons in that area, persons of interest but up to this time we haven't brought charges against anyone."
The last time Foster was in our news was back in March when he was shot in the neck, that time the shooter was a police officer.
