And while there may not be a murder charge, The Fire Department still has to fid out what caused the blaze.

They said, it's arson:

Kenneth Mortis, Station Supervisor

"When we arrived at that location we observed what was an elevated probably 10x10 structure fully engulfed, the team got into operations extinguishing this fire and we did an investigation which we could have then determined the structure that actually was there. It was wooden plywood probably four feet off the ground what we would refer to as a one-room apartment or a one-room dwelling, the owner being Ms. Lisa Lauriano of the said address. Miss Lauriano as we were made to understand wasn't at home at the time as other matters prevented her from being there. She had only just left the establishment maybe an hour or two prior to and that was when the building was set on fire."

"We've gathered enough information to conclude that this building was intentionally set by persons or persons unknown based on a previous altercation between those individuals and Miss Lauriano. The threat was made that before the end of the day the house will be to the ground by means of fire and those threats manifested themselves."

Police will now have to investigate this as an act of arson.
