7 Shots To His Vehicle, Man Escapes Unscathed

A man narrowly escaped death in the Trial Farm Village Orange Walk District on Saturday. On Saturday evening at 6:15, 29 year old Ever Alvarenga was driving a Toyota Tacoma when a a black motorcycle cycle passed and the passenger fired several shots at him. But somehow none of them hit him, only smashing the left window and the front windshield, while he escaped unhurt - but he did crash into a wall. Seven expended shells were found at the scene.

And while it is clearly an execution attempt, today the Police Communication Officer sad it was not a major incident and he would not discuss it.
