A lawyer letter is something no one wants to get and tonight it seems Glenn D Godfrey & Company has sent out a "few" on behalf of Michael Feinstein. Today Vaughn Gill received a letter for defamation for comments that he made on The Whip Talk Show. He implied that Feinstein engaged in unlawful conduct by offering bribes to ministers for the environmental clearance for the construction of the causeway for Port Coral. The letter states that Feinstein has never engaged in those acts and is now asking that Gill provide a written apology for his defamatory comments. If not, they will have to proceed with legal action.
But Gill isn't the only one. Tracey Taeger Panton received a similar letter for comments she made during an interview with 7News. Again, these comments had to do with the causeway and are regarded as defamatory since they also insinuate that Feinstein received an ECP through nefarious or fraudulent means. She was also asked to provide a written apology to Feinstein.
