Police Finally Identify John Doe

On Tuesday we told you that a murder victim who had been identified as Alexander Murillo from Dangriga turned back to a John Doe after police realized he had been misidentified.

They sent out a picture of his tattoo to try and properly ID him, and tonight we can tell you that his real name is 35-year-old Lizaro Ochoa, a resident of Belize City.

Ochoa was walking on M&M Street on November 17 when a gunman approached him and opened fire. He was killed on the spot.
