Another CEO Heading For The Exit?

And from a plane whose wings have been clipped, to a plan which just isn't flying for many. We're talking about Plan Belize - and one year in - reports are that a third CEO is leaving.

Reliable reposts say that the CEO in the Ministry of Housing Rey David Guerrero has decided to move on from the Ministry of Infrastructure, Development and Housing. He would not respond to our requests for a comment - but insiders tell us that he had differences with personalities at the senior ranks of the Ministry - including the Minister, Julius Espat.

Guerrero would joins the CEO in the Ministry of Natural Resources Dra Lesbia Guerra and Dr Deysi Mendez at the Ministry of Health who are leaving after one year - and differences with their Ministers.
