Police Find Cash Stolen From Gas Station

And in other crime news, last night around 8, there was a robbery reported at the Puma Gas Station at the corner of Faber's Road and George Price Highway. The manager, 38-year-old Orlando Martinez, told police that two men with face masks entered the station office armed with guns. They stole an undisclosed amount of cash and a cellphone before fleeing in a Nissan Xterra SUV. The scene was canvassed and police found a white bag two lots away with the cash inside. Later, they managed to impound the vehicle and detain one man - a coast guard officer - who was reportedly driving the vehicle.
