Tonight, 47- year-old Aldrick Scott, a former US soldier turned fugitive could be in even hotter legal waters after the body found in his hometown of Topeka Kansas is confirmed to be that of his ex-girlfriend 43-year-old Carrie Allen.
Her death has been ruled a homicide but no cause of death has been released.
Attorney for Douglas County in her home state of Nebraska, Don Kleine this evening said his office would be reviewing the autopsy results before reviewing any charges made against Aldrick Scott.
Scott spent approximately 3 weeks in Belize immediately following Allen's November 19th disappearance. He was turned in to Belizean authorities by his local employer who claimed that Scott confessed the murder to him and begged him to turn him in.
