But, tonight, Roberto Aragon's family is pleading for answers. His sister today told CTV-3 that their brother was a harmless guy, who eked out a living doing odd jobs on the street.
But what led him to be out at 4:00 in the morning on Sunday? Here's what she said:

"He was not problematic. He was a young boy that everybody knows him. He never use to give trouble and everybody that knows him that he is a calm little boy. He is not someone that gives trouble. Every hails him. He is not somebody who was in gang or anything like that. I don't know why they did this to my brother. I still want to know why they did this to him."
Reporter
"Do you know what he was doing out there at 4 in the morning?"
Voice of: Sister of Deceased
"Well, my mom said he went home, but he went out again. Really and truly, we cannot tell you what happened."
