Tonight, the Olivera family in Progresso Village are mourning a daughter and sister. That's after Rosa Olivera bled out due to a stab wound she sustained in a familial squabble.
It's a tragic and traumatic event that shook the village when it happened early this morning. We heard more about it at the Police press brief from ACP Hilberto Romero.

"On Monday the 10th day of July around 12:05 AM police responded to the Northern Regional Hospital where they found Rosita Olivera with stab wounds to the body. She was pronounced dead shortly thereafter at the hospital. Investigation revealed that she was along with three other persons when another couple began with a domestic dispute and the female left and came back to the area with a knife and attempted to stab another male person. The deceased Rosita Olivera intervened at which point the female proceeded to stab her to the chest area and to the face, one person is in custody in regards to this fatal stabbing. She has been detained."

"No, she, police came and she was apprehended. Statements are being recorded and the investigation is being put together and we will determine the charge by this evening."
