The police department has been called in to investigate another case of assault at a BDF base. On Monday night 10:45, 35 year old BDF Sargeant Hilberto Peck says he was at Price Barracks BDF Camp when he went to the Light Engineering Company, to use the WIFI. That's where he says he was attacked by a BDF Captain with a pint, causing a laceration to his head, and above the eye.

He went to the police station to make his complaint and the cops have started an investigation against the Captain.

This is reminiscent of a case we reported on two weeks ago - when one soldier bit off another's ear in a brawl. That happened at Fairweather camp in Toledo. On Friday, we asked the general what's leading to all this hostility on military bases:

"What may be contributing to that stress on the job? I don't know."

Azariel Loria, Brigadier General
"I don't know. I don't know either. I wouldn't want to talk much about the case because that will be coming in front of me as well. But what we know is that the soldiers were drinking."

"So that could be one of the contributing factors."
