And while those gang members don't have to worry about charges in Belize, cops here will soon be seeing charges for two separate events. The first set are the cops whose lapse in security caused Hildebrandt Codd to escape about two months ago. And the second are the officers who filmed and humiliated a mentally challenged man in a police office. The ComPol gave us an update on them today.

"Yes, those two matters are being dealt with and should be, I know for a fact the one with Hildebrandt Codd, those officers are before the tribunal, the other one with the mentally challenged individual, I'm not sure if they have been charged, but certainly they will be charged."
