Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"Well, again, I'm not familiar with the extortion. I am aware that yesterday's report of a Tacoma being stolen and the police are following that truth. And I would like to say to the persons who are the victims here that if it is that they have been extorted by those who have stolen the Tacoma, for them to please go to the police and make a report and we're going to look into it."
We'll keep following this story.
