But earlier in the day, on Sunup, the Commissioner pushed back against the suggestion that he was the one responsible for sending a child to lock-up under the SOE.
On today's Monday Morning Beef, Jules Vasquez said that Williams was the one who creates the SOE list.
However, the ComPol said that the list is compiled among specific arms of the department, and then the officers carry out the orders. He also added that the LIU - which is considered a peace building initiative - has a part in the creation of the list.

"There's several things that were said that is not accurate in the sense that Jules mentioned that I am the one who decides who goes on SOE, that's not true. There's a group of persons from the intelligence unit, including those from the Behavior Modification Unit who come together and then based on the trends on the streets and the intelligence that they gather, they are the ones who compile the list of persons who are to go under the SOE and once that list is then compiled then that is basically what we act upon so for him to basically say that the commissioner is the sole decision maker, he's not accurate in that respect so I just want to make that clear."
