American Businessman Joshua Ashburn was back in Magistrate's Court today to answer to 9 new counts read for preparation of a crime and possession of false documents.

It is alleged that when Police searched Ashburn's "Double Zero" bar on November 18th he had four Chinese passports - with fake Belizean visas.

He also had an immigration department visitor' stamp saying, "Visitors Permit to Belize Phillip S.W. Goldson International Airport" with a serial number on it.

Police say that was for committing forgery of official documents.

Ashburn it is further alleged that several other instrument in his possession in the form of stamps, including a stamp with markings, Immigration & Nationality, Belmopan, Belize, another stamp with markings, "Permitted to remain in Belize as a Permanent Resident", and another Stamp with markings, "Immigration Department, Department, Date, PGIA".

The Magistrate granted bail to Ashburn in the sum of $5,000 dollars Also, Ashburn and his wife, Xochil (So-chil) Lopez, were both granted bail of $15,000 dollars from the high court for their firearm and drug trafficking charges.
