Former Ambassador to Cuba and Benque Mayor Said Guerra dominated the headlines last week for the alleged sexual assault and harm of a minor - who was also his student.
The ugly allegations of force being used -and the telling injuries on the young victim caused quite a stir in the public. Today police gave us more details on what exactly his charges were for.

"Based on an investigation carried out after a report was made, Said Guerra was arrested and charged for sexual assault, harm and procuring defilement by threat. He was taken to court where he was granted bail."
