Tonight, a prison officer is out on bail after he was arraigned for raping a woman in Lords Bank. The incident occurred on August 20th while the victim was at home. She was able to identify 33 year old Oferico Ico as her rapist.

Ico was represented in court this morning by attorney Hurl Hamilton, who appeared virtually. No plea was taken, however, Hamilton made an application for bail on his behalf. There was no objection, and the bail was granted in the sum of $5,000 plus two sureties. He is set to re-appear in court on October 10th.
