Ellis Meighan Charged For Murder Without ID Parade

Reports say that Ellis Meghan - who was deported on Tuesday - has been charged for Murder and Attempted murder. Investigators had concerns that they would not be able to charge him within 48 hours due to the lack of an ID parade - but charges have proceeded.

The 33-year-old has been charged for the crimes of Murder, Attempted Murder, Use of Deadly Means of Harm, and Dangerous Harm.

The main ID witness Maia James - who is facing a threat of death from those loyal to Meighan - has reiterated her commitment to testify in the case. He allegedly shot her in the head after he allegedly killed her friend, Roy Lee Burgess in April of 2024.
