One woman has been arrested for an alleged arson that occurred in Belama Phase 5 yesterday morning. The owner of the house, 26 year old Kent Flores, told police that he went into the city at around 10:00 AM to run an errand and upon returning he found his house engulfed in flames. According to Flores his wife was at home when he left, and after being questioned by police she admitted to lighting the wooden structure on fire. The total damage in property stands at $5,000 BZ and the house was not insured. Police have since detained the wife, and this evening charged 23-year-old Andesha Andean Myers for the crime of Arson.
