Tonight, the prognosis remains grim for 17 year old Shadia Magana - who received burns to 90% of her body on Monday morning in San Felipe village. She and her former stepfather Francisco Godoy remain in the intensive care unit in what is described as a very critical condition.
Godoy - who just came out of jail - is accused of setting his ex common law Angelita Magana and their 6 year old son, Tishan Godoy on fire early Monday morning. They both perished.
He poured gasoline on Shadia, Tishaun and their mother - and in the process also lit himself on fire.
If he survives he will likely face multiple murder charges - but at this time - with his condition, everything is uncertain.
