Zach Told The Cops He Didn't Want Court Action

On Monday we told you about Zach Reich - who alleged in a statement to police that Minister Henry Charles Usher's driver had pulled a gun on him. He put that in a statement but told us that police said his statement would not be put into the Crime Information Management System, known as "CIMS" (SIMS) for his own safety. Well, since then it has been put in the system - we know because a source sent it to us. But, it says plain and simple that he was requesting "no further action". Sources say the disputing parties have reached a mutually agreeable settlement.
