"On Friday 9th January 2026 at approximately 8:26PM Roaring Creek Police visited the beaver dam bridge on the George Price Highway after being alerted of a traffic accident at that location. The responding officers observed a silver in color 4 door Nissan rogue SUV on the right side of the bridge which was damaged and they also observed an industrial sized plow disc lodged in the roof of that vehicle. Observed trapped in the vehicle was 34 year old Monique Williams who showed injury to the head and the body. Willians was extracted from the vehicle and transported for medical attention and is now listen in a stable condition. What we have learned so far in the course of this investigation is that around 8:15PM Raymond Martinez was driving a freight liner truck which had a plow that was extended the entire length of the bridge and Ms Williams was traveling in the opposite direction. Ms Williams became lodged under the plow and the injuries and damages to the vehicle as reported is what occurred. Police have since issued a notice of intended prosecution to Raymond Martinez in connection to this incident."
