"Nope nope nope. Me and this man was going through a back and forth over $20 that I paid at a taxi stand. I went to buy hot dog, me and Alfonso Noble. The lady is saying I didn't give her my $20 and I said "Ms I gave you my $20 because it is my only $20 sweetie pie." I don't have any more money, only $20 I had on me. And the police man approached me and told me I have to move from the spot and he cussed me out and I answered back the police man. He wasn't only any duty."

Reporter-
"Did you touch him?"

Brian "Yellow Man" Audinett
"No nothing, none at all."

Reporter-
"Just words?"

Brian "Yellow Man" Audinett
"Just words, just words and he will charge me for that. He made a report and when I went to the police station to make a report from in the morning to tell them how he was acting with me. He refused to accept my report."

"So do you plan to go back and make a report?"

Brian "Yellow Man" Audinett
"I plan to go back and make a report yes."

"So what kind of report will you make?"

"Well I will go and make a report that he cussed me out and I didn't cuss him out. He cussed me out and I didn't know he was a judge thing? He is out there and he is a judge driver and he is out there watching a hot dog stand and then he will get involved in things that don't even concern him and then he wants to cuss me. But anyways they will deal with the matter because the matter is before the court so."

Reporter-
"So you plead not guilty?"

Brian "Yellow Man" Audinett
"I pleaded not guilty because I haven't done anything to him. They are chancy man."
