And, speaking as a Cabinet member, Minister Usher says he's waiting to hear what is presented to Cabinet next Tuesday:
Reporter
"You're prepared to oppose this in Cabinet, as a move toward a monopoly, if in fact the numbers to you don't make sense, if you see them?"
Henry Charles Usher, PUP Chairman
"I'm prepared to listen to what is being presented, and for Cabinet to make a decision based on how Cabinet makes decisions. So I think that it's important that we get that information, that the public gets that information, and then we move forward."
Reporter
"Do you think that it was better for the public to have been briefed, or the Cabinet even, to be briefed before it came out the way that it did?"
Henry Charles Usher, PUP Chairman
"Well, you guys in the media do a good job of letting things out way before anybody else gets it, so I think that...could it have been better? Sure. I mean, there's always a better way of doing something, and hindsight is 20/20. But the fact is, let us get it right now, let us get the information, and then we decide on the way forward."
