And back in Belize City, on Friday night around 6:30 a traffic warden was robbed mere feet away from City Hall as he was about to make a deposit at Belize Bank on Regent Street. ACP Romero told us that police are currently reviewing surveillance footage in the area.

"Upon the arrival, they met Carlos Abraham, a traffic warden who reported that they were going to deposit cash at Belize Bank when they were approached by a male person with a firearm. The person pointed the firearm at them and stole a bag containing some cash. Thereafter the male person ran off making good his escape. We are seeking one suspect in regards to this robbery."

"Yes there are several cameras and those are being reviewed at this time."
