Southern Businessman Charged For Raping 12 Year Old Girl

Police have arrested and charged 49 year old Owen William Cadle after he was accused of raping a child.

A 12 year old girl accompanied by her mother reported to police that during the first week of October 2024, she visited Cadle's business in southern Belize and he touched her inappropriately, after which he gave her $20. The minor then reported that in mid October 2024 and November 2025, Cadle forced her to perform oral sex, giving her $20 on both occasions.

Yesterday Cadle was charged with two counts of rape of a child and two counts of sexual assault.
