19 year old Jaheil Westby and 17 year old Alwin Marin's bodies were found in the Port Loyola area after they were murdered 0 most likely on Thursday April 10th.
The deaths have raised many concerns about how both boys could have been targeted with such callous precision at their fishing spot. ASP Smith told us what police know so far:

"Certainly that investigation from the initial incident as it related to the discovery of Mr. Westby, the officers have been investigating the matter, a number of video footages were reviewed from those that were available however they did not provide anything substantial. I spoke with the supervisor of the investigating office and she has advised me that they are in the process of retrieving another number of video footage and those will be reviewed to see how they assist with the investigation. I do know that a number of statements have been recorded because the suggestion is that there was a longstanding dispute in that area involving the diseased person and other youth that reside in that area but the investigation is ongoing and as more efforts are made, the media will be advised."
