One year ago the Bliss Center for the Performing Arts was inaugurated, giving a state of the art home to the Institute of Creative Arts. One year later those in charge of the Institute gathered to celebrate a year's worth of accomplishments with in house performances as well as participation of schools.

"Today we are celebrating with two objectives in mind. One to showcase our children's talent of course and second to say thank you to our sponsors. If you notice there are some displays to the back and they have been put up by our sponsors and our osical partners who work with us throughout the years. Without the past there's no present, there's no future, and we can never forget that without the children, the bsiness community, the media, and so on working together along with us there is no need for an Insitute of Creattive Arts."
