The Anglican Church Holds 44th Synod

The 44th Anglican synod was held on Sunday in Belize City. At the official level, the biennial event had the participation of 60 clergy and parish representatives. It was led by Bishop Phillip Wright who presided over his first synod and the first in four years. The public highlight of the event was a procession through the streets culminating at the St. John's Cathedral with a mass.
