It may be a few days late, but fans of the Belikin swimsuit calendar are just happy to know that the 2007 edition is out! The 2007 calendar will be officially released at a party tomorrow night but you'll get a first look at it tonight. Belize Brewing Company's Manager Hilly Martinez explains the delay.
Hilly Martinez, Belize Brewing Company
"Around Christmas we have an amount of stuff coming into Belize and the shippers just couldn't get it to us on time and we had to fly in some this morning, well last night actually, and so we are going to launch it. But by Monday we should have the bulk of it but definitely we have enough for the launching tomorrow."
Keith Swift,
So is this year's calendar better than 2006's?
Hilly Martinez,
"Yes I do very much. We are always asked which ones do we like, last year or this year or which ever one, I always like the newest one."
Keith Swift,
You have a favorite month for 2007?
Hilly Martinez,
"No, no, all of them are beautiful. I don't have favorite month, absolutely none. The girls are excellent and they are good to work with. They are beautiful girls and they are very very helpful to us at the brewery."
Tomorrow's release party will be at the Riverside Tavern where entrance, as well as calendars, will be for free.
