That’s DR John Briceno To You!

You can call him Dr John! Belize's Prime Minister John Briceno was today honored with an honorary doctorate from the Kun Shan University in Taiwan. A post from the PM shows him in gown and cap at the ceremony where he was accompanied by no less than the Vice President of Taiwan, Lai Ching-Te.

This is the second major honor, the PM has received in Tawian, the first was the Order of Propitious Clouds with Special Grand Cordon from Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen.

His delegation returns to the country tomorrow.
