And to get the month started off right, today is flag day and to observe that properly, this morning at 6:00, the Belize City Council held its annual Flag raising ceremony at the flag monument. Those flags, this morning, were raised by the scout association and Girl Guides associations of Belize to commemorate the start of the September Celebrations.
