And, finally tonight, we may be in October, but the Minister of Culture says the final returns are in and it was a great September. Of course there are a few tweaks that need to be made for next season, but overall the Minister maintains that he and his team delivered what was expected:

"Excellent, I think you know all the feedback we have gotten from everyone and all the stakeholders has been very positive and I think as everyone knows we've already said that we have to take a more critical look at the carnival obviously. We had some challenges there so we'll have to do that and review that but overall I think we got great passing marks from the public. Everyone felt a sense of energy and upliftment and pride in Belize during the month of September so I think it was a great September celebration for the country."
