Music History: Why Dell & the Sensations Matter

If you grew up in Belize or Belizean American communities in the 70's or 80's - then you'll know Dell and the Sensations. They were one of the most dominant bands of that era playing everything from brukdown to reggae to soca to Punta. And now, one of the founding members, Filbert Smart has published his own book to tell the story of this band of brothers, all originally from Gales Point, Manatee, who migrated to the US in the early 70's.
