World renowned motivational speaker and pastor Nick Vujicic is in Belize tonight for a major event called a "Night of Hope". Vujicic is visiting Belize as part of the Central American leg of a four year global tour - where he hopes to connect with over a billion believers.

But, he's no regular pastor; Vujicic was born with no hands and no feet -and that's why he says he's uniquely equipped to bring that message of hope to Belize:

Nick Vujicic, Motivational Speaker

"Thank you for having me here. I'm really looking forward to sharing the full message of why Nick smiles. Why does Nick have strength? How do we get out of depression? How do we get out of addiction? How do we know the truth of our identity, our purpose, and the full potential of our God-given life?"

"And God has sent a man without arms and legs to be his hands and feet to let you know that if God has a plan for a man without arms and legs to be his hands and feet then God can use any willing heart."

Corny Duek, Local Organizer

"If you look around you see a lot of hopelessness in this country and I think that we have something happening tonight that we as Belizeans really need. And so just imagine having a gentleman like Nick without limbs coming and full of hope, right?"

"And so there's no excuses for you not to have hope as well. So tonight at 7 p.m at the Digi Park and come early because you want to be able to be closer to the stage, right? So come early, be there early, about seven sharp."

Nick Vujicic, Motivational Speaker
"You know every country has its incredible, beautiful culture, food, people, just the way of life. And what's beautiful is though that everyone in my opinion as I've traveled now 86 countries, we're all looking for the same thing."

"And so there are some countries that are prone to different problems as others but the same hope is the same hope wherever we go. But Belize actually secretly has been a country I've always wanted to go to and I promise I don't say that with all the other countries because you guys are like the top beautiful like beaches, you know, and sand and water and just beauty."

"And I've always wanted to come here. I'm not too far from you, I mean Texas, but just to come here and get to know people who want to see change, who want to see positivity. People look at me and they see I have no limbs and we can't imagine someone else's pain."

"I can't imagine your pain. I don't know what anyone else is going through but we can all relate to a broken heart and feelings of hopelessness, experiences of bullying, and sometimes not even accepting ourselves for who we are, feeling like we need to be accepted by more people, having more things in our life to actually be more happy or circumstances to change."

"I think that's what all the human beings in life are experiencing and I feel like they get to relate to saying okay if Nick can get through then so can I. Our faith in God is our number one factor of hope in our lives, our cities, and our nation."
