And finally tonight we note the passing of singer, songwriter, and musician turned teacher Allan "Baba" Castillo passed away on Friday at the age of 54.

Castillo was known for his music career that began in early 1989 when he joined the Ugurau band - which emerged as a pioneering Punta rock outfit. He also penned a much loved song, "Who Da Di Gaby Father?"

But Castillo's influence extended far beyond performance - he opened the doors of his Studio to anyone in need. His former bandmates shared their feelings on his passing.

Henry Miguel, Keyboard Player

Saebot Cayetano, Band Manager
"Allan is a, is a character that is unmatched he would take the shirt off his back and give you his eldest brother Greg would say Allan is so kind to a sin, he has never seen such kindness."
