Jeremy Phynxxx Lizama, Reggae Artist
"It was really just a blessing and just dedication and believing. A lot of opportunities were presented to me and just being willing and putting myself in every situation and keep showing my face, being out here in Vegas. I've been starting to make a little wave and put my name in performing in different little you know venues out here and networking is the biggest part and slowly started meeting the right people and then one show I got to open up for this bigger guy names Kayo Smith and after that show the owner who owns Reggae in the desert was there that night and he came to me after the show and said, would you like to perform for reggae in the desert. You have a spot right now and its yours if you want it and you know that's something I've been working towards and definitely was something that I had a goal of mine and so when he offered that to me I said yes, let's do it, no questions asked you know I'm here for it, whole lot of love and vibes and you know representing for Belize all the time."
"So In Belize in Bishop Martin I played in the marching band for many years and I didn't really think much of it then I just really loved being a part of music, my uncle Delmar he's a huge part in that too and then I moved back in the states to do school and you know I picked up the guitar and with my brother, Belizean boy wonder. He started producing reggae and beats and all types of stuff and we'd kind of just learn together how to record, how to produce, and slowly and surely we just you know, kept getting better and working on the craft and believing in everything and just the passion for it all."
