And while that new tablet will help those young men to speak, Mark Leslie's new tablet will help him to attend online classes.
We brought you Leslie's story earlier this week – he was at home with his parents when a gunman came into their house and snatched his brand new phone.
He had used this device to attend his online classes, and when the bosses at Angelus Press heard that it was taken, they sprung into action to gift him a new tablet.
Leslie got his new device yesterday, and we visited the first former today to learn more.
Mark Leslie - Gifted with tablet "They called saying how they will donate me a new tablet, so we went there."
Reporter "How do you feel now that you got the new tablet?"
Mark Leslie "I feel good because I can go back to online classes and meet my teacher and friends."
Reporter "From the time your phone, you haven't been on online classes since then?"
Mark Leslie "No ma'am. It's a Lenovo brand, 16 GB of memory and it take clean pictures and selfies you know. They told me it's a good tablet and I must take care of it and thing."
Reporter "And you still haven't gotten back your phone?"
Mark Leslie "No ma'am. Right now we are trying to track down the phone to see if I'm still going to get it. I feel good to have back the tablet because it's still better than nothing and thanks to Angelus Press and Mr. John Gillet, thank you very much."
According to his father Paul Leslie, the suspect has since been released for lack of evidence.
