Yesterday, you heard from her teacher at Buttonwood Bay Nazarene, and today, the Minister of Education spoke about the death of this young student. He explained that the family lives in his constituency and they've been trying to provide any kind of support they can.

"Very very sad situation, actually I know the family very well, they are residents of my constituency in Belama, the Guevara family, so we reached out to them, we're trying to provide them with every support that we can. There's no words of comfort that you can give to someone who loses a child so it's a tragic accident and I'm confident that the police department is doing a full investigation and will hold the person responsible accountable so it's tragic, we value our children, but we are working very closely with the family to provide them with the support they need during this very difficult time."
